What is TIBCO^® Spotfire Extension?

A Spotfire extension is the smallest functional unit added to the platform. It is developed in Visual Studio^® and is included in a Spotfire add-in, enabling versioning, licensing, deployment and loading.

Ansera Master Data Management Extension

The aim of this extension is to manage the data on the fly. The extension can load the data from database tables, enables users to modify data and stores the changes.

Ansera Master Data Management Extension is used as an alternative to master data management through excel files on one hand and complex, expensive master data management systems on the other hand. It provides a simple, effective and robust solution to store master data.

Currently, the extension is available for TIBCO Spotfire^® analyst client only. This extension is developed with .Net framework in C#.

Extension form

Navigate to the desired record using the navigation panel.
Add a new record.
Delete or modify the existing record.
Clone selected record.

Freeze/Unfreeze the desired column.
Filtration for all columns.
Save data with changes to the source.

Ansera Scheduled Updates Trigger Extension

TIBCO Spotfire® can preload analyses to the server’s memory, which means that the analysis will open to users instantly, even when data load takes several minutes or even hours. This also means that changes in data or analysis are only visible when the next update is updated on schedule, or manually initiated by the TIBCO Spotfire® server administrator.

What if an analyst wants to give users access to the latest changes in the analysis at the moment they are made? Our Tibco Spotfire® extension allows to trigger analysis to non administrators.
The extension can load any analysis into RAM, even if it is not specified in the Scheduled updates list. Analyst will add such an analysis to his/her own list with time such an analysis should be stored in the RAM of the server.

Additional settings on the server are required for this extension to work properly.
